DISCOVERY CALL
The discovery call is not like the HGTV style introductions we've come to know and love. It is a series of conversations where we discover UR desires, while U discover if we are the right fit to create UR dream home. Christina's inclusive and personal approach, allows her to listen and understand U and UR wish list from the beginning.
She then guides you through the full scope of what we can do for U by providing all the information of what our projects can entail: including the commitments, costs, time, market conditions, etc. This is to keep U and Christina educated in UR project ideas and decisions. We want to ensure U make the best decision for UR Life & Home.
DESIGN
JOURNEY
Christina strongly believes in co-creating the designs that shape beautiful solutions for UR everyday functionality. Conceiving those designs, is a 4-8 week process that consists of a lot of back and forth. The journey kicks off with a measurement consultation in UR home to further understand UR needs. She builds a drawn concept with U, all the while making selections and discussing progress.
Once the design has been finalized, we draft the construction proposal, moving forward with construction upon your acceptance.

CONSTRUCTION
Rob and his crew ensure that UR home is built with the quality and craftsmanship we are known for, when turning UR-nique individual design into reality. We get the permits submitted first thing and wait for their approval. After all the documentation is in place, we set a start date and move forward with the demolition. Then we turn all those months of planning and dreaming into reality.
Once completed, it's time for the reveal! We thoroughly walk you through UR new home to ensure it has become the living space of UR dreams. Once all the chaos is over, we provide a three year warranty. This comes with regular check ins to ensure you are still living UR dream. The final step: being able to sit back, relax, and enjoy the comforts of UR Life& Home.
