It started as a dark, dingy screened in porch with little enjoyment for sitting, looking out, and sipping some morning coffee. Using the application of outdoor drywall for the ceiling and adding three new skylights, we were able to open up the space to some much needed natural light.
We removed the out dated picketed surroundings and freshened it up with tempered glass and new screens above. It created the ideal, unencumbered view of the golf course and lake.
We added a fireplace to give class to the space and create ambiance. This outdoor oasis now fits the home and family perfectly. It is the perfect mix of morning warmth and wine at dusk.
