REMODEL
BRIER CREEK

This couple came to us after they had had it with their useless floorplan and missing shower door. They originally had a massive, ugly tub that we ripped out and replaced it with an actual door-less shower. We used a linear drain in the integrated floor for the new concise streamline shower panel. We removed the trimming around the window in the shower, and used a tile trimming replacement. This was to prevent any rot, but allows the window to remain in place.
To match the hide-away linen closet we installed next to the shower, we laid the tile vertically. The closet was set into the wall with push panels painted to match the drywall. Thus giving the illusion of neutral space, while providing storage that doesn't spill out into the floorplan.

Sitting next to this cubby is a custom hook piece our designer Christina made and stained it to match to the deep, modern vanity. We capped it with a concrete, integrated sink vanity top. We finished the project by adding frost to the windows, giving them privacy while keeping their light. Turning this once basic bathroom into a clean current style for this lively couple.
