A KITCHEN
FOR THE AGES
This couple was having a rough start in getting their kitchen renovated when we came into the picture. We were the fifth contractor they had talked to about trying to achieve their dream kitchen.
The house was typical in architecture for the area. They wanted to create a more open floor plan by removing the wall that separated the kitchen and dining room. But, like most homes, it was a load bearing wall which made it seem impossible. But we made it happen with a minimally invasive removal process.
With their family living just down the block, they loved the amount of new space they were able to entertain in. We also provided ample storage and an island for the couple that was much needed.
In true UR Life & Home fashion, co-creating the space with the homeowners, we were able to meet their needs and most of their wants. And really turn it into a space that is after the eye as much as the appetite.
